Yes, and in both cases, if you go to their profile pages, it doesn't say that they're moderators. (In contrast, go to, say, Bacon King's profile page, and it says "Position: Moderators":

However, when you click on any thread on the respective boards that they moderate, such as:
https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=128830.0they do in fact show up as moderators. I guess it's some kind of bug in the system. I presume this means that they still have full moderation powers on the boards that they moderate, and can delete posts, merge threads, and even look up people's IP addresses and the like, but can't actually access the mod board or the moderator reports board?
