This would be the rare election where it would likely benefit Republicans; black turnout was (substantially) higher in 2012 than white turnout.

There would probably be lots of awesome joke candidates.  Kinda like Brazil, there's gonna be lots of joke candidates who appeal to voters who resent mandatory voting laws
