Bandit3 told me that Rands going down, and he's a Kentucky native so he can't be wrong. Johnson is too low energy for WI, and Cook county vetoed Kirk in IL. MO goes for Kander cause Blunt looks like he watches you while you sleep, and Bayh was already a senator in IN, so he has super-incumbency. LA may have voted extremely R in the last few elections, but Dems win this year cause its a moderate state at heart.
