With three votes in favour and three members not voting, this has passed the Senate and will be sent to the President.

It requires a bit of effort from the SoEA (SoS Now) and President, but this one of the few times pre-reset that foreign policy was put to the front and center and there were debates about how to classify each country. Some times the GM would note improvements on civil rights or human rights abuses and a country would be upgraded. It was a small sample of the kind of interaction between the Congress, GM and Administration as well as adding importance to foreign policy discussions that we need far more of and therefore I am glad that the Foreign Policy Review is back.
