Hillary just surged in the betting markets due to this report.

Not surprising.  This will probably cancel out (at a minimum) the damage done to her chances by Comey's initial report.  And the obvious difference between then and now is that now there's very little time left to make up any deficits.

Comey resignation market up 7 cents.

Comey is done no matter who wins.  Clinton would think he did too much; Trump would think he didn't do enough.

https://electionbettingodds.com/ now has Clinton at 83.4%, Trump at 16.3.  That's a 6.1% swing in the last 24 hours (i.e. +6.1 for Clinton, -6.1 for Trump).

Does anyone here believe the FBI was able to read 650,000 e-mails in one week?

Have a human read them?  No.

Fortunately, we have these things called computers that allow for searching text very very quickly and, using moderately intelligent parameters, very intelligently.  So it would be possible to quickly eliminate all of those emails that had already been analyzed earlier in the search, and from the remainder to eliminate all of those that were not to or from Hillary Clinton, leaving a manageable number that could be read by a staff of agents in a reasonable time frame.
