Between the 2, I think it'll be really close. O'Malley would absorb most of the Hillary supporters and the backing of the DNC. Sanders would make it competitive by making bigger inroads with the Hispanic voters and African American voters and more rural white voters and would get a chunk of the soft Hillary supporters.
