No, because at least it's a short prompt.  What I get mad with is when there's a long prompt that can't be skipped, even if you've heard it before.  There's one call I have to regularly make at work that has a freaking 30 second message about how if you have a foreign bank account associated with your account, you can't use the telephone payment system. It applies to very few people and can't be skipped over.  Worse, there's zero reason for the message.  If it does apply to you, the system should be able to tell you that message when you enter your id info and not waste the the time of everyone else.

(30 seconds isn't too bad for a one-time message, but as I said, it's a call I have to make several times a week and I take over more of the accounts we have that need to make use of the service, is likely to eat up even more of my time.)
