I'm sorry, I just don't see the evidence that he was murdered in cold blood.  I'm not looking at it through racial lenses, either.  The shooting was unfortunate, but I don't think it was in cold blood.  Hence no wounds to the back.

So let a jury figure that out like 99.99% of the time.
