Heard Fairfield turnout was low in some spots.

Sanders should clean up in NW and NE CT (basically extensions of Rural Mass), but he is getting killed already in the 'urban' regions of the state....he's losing 65-35 in Hartford and Bridgeport.

Per CNN exits, Clinton is winning amongst those making over 200k a year in CT by around 40 points.

Pretty clear 'class' divide amongst dem primary voters.

Wait ... Clinton is winning New Haven? Shouldn't he be crushing it?

New Haven is not just Yale. It has a high African American population as well.

Sanders might actually take it although that region of CT tends to be the most 'conservative' in the state.

I'm pretty sure Hillary wins Fairfield county, although that doesn't imply she wins Newtown.

She will win Fairfield because of high income whites and blacks, neither of which exist in large numbers in Newtown which is demographically a lot like the regions he is winning in the rest of the state.

Hillary has it locked up. Too many votes out in Hartford, Fairfield County, Bridgeport, and New Haven suburbs to make up the difference. Rural vote disproportionately in.

Sanders is up in Mansfield CT (UCONN) with over 75% of the vote.

No longer projecting KY and WV for Sanders.

He was never going to win KY.

Bernie at 11% in Greenwich.

I feel slightly amused and slightly upset that there are so many Hillary supporters around me.

Edit: apparently that was enough to close Sanders lead in the entire state.

We might actually be Bernie's worst (actually populated) town in New England...she hasn't done this well anywhere outside of the deep south.
