Bush: Far better, obviously.
Clinton: Far better. Not a Clinton fan.
Bush I: Somewhat better.
Reagan: Better, from my political perspective.
Carter: Far better.
Ford: Better, sure.
Nixon: Nixon was an unbelievably awful President. Far, far, better, as is almost everyone else on the list.
Johnson: Not an LBJ admirer by any means, but he had a lot of commendable, important achievements along with all the horrible, horrible mistakes.

So I'll go with Johnson. Mind you, considering the competition that's kind of damning with faint praise.

Snowstalker subscribes to regrettable revisionism that holds that Nixon was the last "liberal" President, I believe.

People who seriously think Dubya or Clinton were better presidents than Obama make me wonder.

NDAA alone makes Obama far more of a tyrant than Bush ever was. Add to that the corporatist sell out that healthcare reform begins, and you understand why it's easy to criticize him from the left, imo.
