VA
Northam by high single digits. Perriello is a good guy but fairly unknown, Northam has incumbency and is well known along the shore and NoVA. Perriello's central base, VA-5 has low turnout and is mostly rural, except for Charlottesville, he won't max out C'Ville imo.
