No, "too early" to call.  This is distinctly different from too close to call.  It just means that there are enough numbers in to reasonably make a call.

They pointed out this distinction and said it's too close to call, not too early to call.

It was probably taken offline like it was in 2012 because it couldn't handle the traffic.
