It's between Trump, Cruz, and either Christie or Tubeman.

By this point, I think I have to say Trump. If Christie or Kasich get second in NH, they'll be back in the race, but they'll have a hard time doing well in SC, or on Super Tuesday, when there will be a lot of Southern states, which will likely go to Trump or Cruz.

The only thing I know for sure is that it won't be Fiorina, Gilmore, or Carson.

Re: Who'll win the [2016 Republican presidential] nomination?

The 2016 Republican presidential nomination will go to the candidate who carries the 2016 New Hampshire presidential primary.

I feel Cruz has a better chance than many think.  If the establishment continues being splintered across several candidates into Super Tuesday and beyond, it would become progressively clear that the race for the nomination is between 2 people: Trump and Cruz.  And in a head-to-head match-up, Cruz performs strongly against Trump.

Trump is still favored by a lot to win the nomination.

Rubio.

Trump will barely win NH and maybe SC and then lose in NV by coming in third after Rubio and Cruz. After Super Tuesday, he'll be done.

Its still Trump, and it would probably come down to a Trump vs Cruz battle.

Its still Trump, and it would probably come down to a Trump vs Cruz battle.

I give this scenario a 30-35% chance to actually happen. However, I think the Trumpster would prevail in the end, because Cruz’s support is only strong among hardcore conservatives and the establishment would rather get along with an eccentric billionaire than a rigid right-winger, who is unable to make any compromises.
