From what I am aware of Megyn Kelly is an Independent who votes for dems and republicans whereas Bill O'Reilly is an Independent but almost always votes for the GOP.

O'Reilly, but not by much.  He's a registered independent and has offered some liberal-leaning views in the past on the minimum wage and civil rights.
