Since you change the subject, let me ask how Reid could consider Gonzalez suitable for Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States but not suitable to be the Attorney General of the United States.

He's a lot better than a Dobson approved justice. So he's pro-torture and against death penalty appeals, at least he's not 100% wingnut.

Gonzales would be a horrible choice.  I don't know how he even got to be Attorney General.
