Spamage, being an experienced player, would be great as a German player.

LLR could take Spain. That would probably require a regime change, thouhg.

I think it would be better to make Spain non playable btw. This country will be totally useless after the end of the war. Let's not increasing the number of players with 2nd tiers countries.

One question: are we on hold or it's proceeding as usual? (since only Kingpoleon and me posted public orders).

We're proceeding as usual now, deadlined switched to tomorrow to account for the new changes. Spamage is granted Germany from next turn on, I'll include Marx's fate on the BBC update or at the end of turn. LLR will have to wait until a large country is available, considering the concerns of the player base.
