I just don't get why Bushie refuses to get a fast food job...

I literally cannot lift the grease pans at the end of the night to clean up.  I tried that at KFC in 1999, but more than once ended up spilling the grease all over the floor.  One morning, I had to stay until 2:30 am on a school night to clean the place up.  I had to be at school at 7:55 that morning.

But that was 15 years ago. I'm sure you've grown since then. And you're don't have school to worry about anymore. Besides, having a job where you stand, move, and lift things is so much better for your body, than a job sitting behind a desk.

No wonder you feel so lousy. You've got to be dehydrated like crazy. Get some water.

Bushie's sister-in-law is the best. She tells it like it is.

I take it she's bluntly honest but her honesty is unheeded.

The irony being that a job that has him walking about for 6-8 hours a day would actually the best move for his health.

Indeed. A desk job, sitting behind a computer 8 hours a day, is so bad for our posture, circulation, muscles, ect. Any reason to be standing for a few hours a day is a good one.

Why do you refuse to cut pop from your diet?

I was wondering that too.

Colas are so bad for you. Empty calories, loads of sugar, and lots of acid.

There's one thing to do to cut excessive amounts of sugar and calories from your diet: remove ALL colas from your diet.

And don't be fooled by any with the prefix "diet" on them. Smiley
