Not as simple as I would have liked, since 6 and 7 are too long for my tastes. On the flip side the detail provides clarity of how the process is to work. 8 is a new addition.

I ask unanimous consen to waive the minimum debate time and cloture requirement, Senators have 24 hours to object.
