It's official, President Yoweri Museveni has signed a modified version of the bill... basically the only thing the changed was "death" to "life in prison"

And to think they ask why Westerners think less of them. Oh well, eventually they will socially evolve out of this madness as their economies develop and education proliferates.

Because calling them savages definitely makes them more likely to move towards Western moral standards.
