Online gambling is awful.  You don't win at gambling but the games are a fun social experience. Online gambling takes that part away and it's just a huge robbery.

I support IRL gambling but online can screw.

Also, populist joke: "do online stock brokers count?"

Online gambling seems robbing poor people with gambling problems, except everywhere and everywhere. It just seems really sad and awful.

Yes, but that is not why they want to ban it.
