Take early "Leading" numbers with a grain of salt.  I think the Communists were leading in a BC seat in 2011, with one poll declared.  Their lead didn't hold.

"Declared" seats are a different matter.

No reason you should  I average something like 0.3 posts per day, and they tend to come in spurts.

Agree.  Polls have been closed for 45 minutes now, and the Liberals are leading in every seat.  That won't hold, but it's still pretty amazing.  It's hard to imagine them coming out of the night with anything less than 29 or so in Atlantic Canada.  As one of the commentators said, that's nearly their entire current caucus.

Three things:

1.
. . .the Liberals are leading in every seat.  That won't hold. . .
Obviously, I don't know what I'm talking about.

2.  Since I didn't know much about Canadian politics, I went to 308.com's website yesterday and created a list of the seats each party needed to get to 175 seats.  For the Liberals, they needed 27 in Atlantic Canada. . .and they're exceeding that.  If Atlantic Canada is a bellwether, then the Liberals are on their way to a majority.

3.  Does the CBC really need to keep telling me that the Royals are losing?

Did they call one of the last two seats in Atlantic Canada?

On their website, they called Gaspésie in Quebec.
