This seems overly bureaucratic. Remember this is a game, and should only be overly regulated for things that are important (voter fraud, elections, etc), not choosing a party.

This bill is a perfect example of regulating things that do not need to be regulated. Have the person register and then the chairman can recruit them at will in the thread. Do not make a law about it and do not make this process harder than it has to be.

Please vote nay on this bill. All it does is increase the bureaucracy involved in the game. All the time I hear people saying that we need more participants. This bill will drive them away when they see how anal we are.

Education is bureaucracy?

Making voters wait how ever many days before they can register and making the SoFA send PMs with info to each new voter is excessive bureaucracy. Why not keep it the same as we do now. Someone registers, people greet them, tell them there is no GOP/Democratic Party and tell them what parties there are, and then they start talking around to people and finding out what party they should be in. This takes that assimilation stage out and replaces it with a PM from the SoFA.
