Chances that Howard Dean runs

He seems to have wavered on this.  Initially, he sounded quite open to running, even against Clinton.  Then he said that he would endorse Clinton if she ran, and at one point ruled out running at all.  Now he's back to saying "never say never":

So I guess I'd say that it sounds like he's not ready to run against Clinton.  But if she doesn't run, then sure, there's a good chance that he'd be a candidate.  He's expressed more openness to the idea of running than many others who've been speculated about.
