Best Trump campaign manager?

You can make a decent argument for each one.

Lewandowski:  Created something out of nothing, ran a shoestring campaign for maximum effectiveness and reach, managed to take a completely implausible candidate and sell him.

Manafort:  Came in at a dark time for the campaign, when it looked like Cruz would stop him from getting to 1237, and crafted a new strategy to end the primary immediately.  Reconciled Trump and the Republican Party and made him a plausible, if weak, candidate.

Conway:  Got Trump out of his own way and guided him to standard GOP nominee numbers, even winning, until he was forced into a situation where he couldn't hide behind her.

Conway did the best job, but some products are just too awful to sell.

Conway took him to within reach of a national poll lead; none of the others did that, nor would have.

Conway did the best job and is the less controversal of all three, though it won't be enough to win the election. But the sole reason for this is the candidate himself.
