This is the newly-elected GOP Chairman of Travis County, Texas (Austin), who I believe won last night (apparently TX still elects party chairmen through countywide primary popular vote). Yes, it's a real account.

When pressed by the Tribune about his insane comments, Morrow suggested that he was being unfairly targeted by the media and channeled the Trump defense.

Surprisingly, other Texas Republicans seem to be suddenly shocked by this and are now vowing to force Morrow out of office.

Morrow’s Vice Chairman, Matt Mackowiak, had this to say:
