A little too bog-standard left-liberal for me, but there are far worse things to be than that.

A standard liberal on the correct side of most issues I've seen him comment on, but is deeply religious as well which I find rather strange, and quaint in 2014.

Joe's on the side of common sense and no bullsh[inks], and letting people live their lives. I like that very much.

Seems unobjectionable, and I associate him with having a decent amount of common sense although I can't remember any specific examples off the top of my head.

I find that his worldview is similar to mine, and in the end that's most important because it's what makes ideology.

His ideology is obviously excellent to the non-deranged, practical side of my political thought.

I doubt we have anything in common, even in foreign policy, which seems to unite most ideologies in one way or another.

We probably agree on most economic policy but definitely not social or foreign policy. And definitely not the environment either.

His social conservatism is a major turnoff to my sensibilities, but we can probably agree broadly on economics to an extent.

Will: Very negative.  I can't get behind, let alone understand, any ideology that supports the regulation of caffeine, for God's sake...

Cynic: We probably agree more often than we disagree.
