So you inform everyone about the civil union component and it fails.


That, along with the potential legal issues resulting from the poorly worded language, caused me to vote nay, yesterday.

It is their own fault for trying to overeach by banning civil unions too and playing amateur hour on the construction.

According to a radio ad, Renee Elmer's primary opponent is claiming that she opposes amendment 1. Is that the case?

I should have come on here to field opinions from the NC posters about the 3 Republicans running fro LG, as well as Secretary of State and Insurance Commissioner. Those three were really hard to make a choice based on the their websites and what little I could find.
