Calling things like this single incident of murder and assault in London a "terror attack" reeks of Newspeak, or at the very least bad journalism and a stunted public mind. A violent criminal dead-ender, partly motivated by religious zealotry going on a rampage (with his car and a knife) is an awful violent crime, but it's hardly "terrorism" except by a definition so broad that it robs all meaning from the word.
Calling this an "incident" is Newspeak. It's not an incident. It is part of a worldwide pattern.
