The most recent polls (UNH Survey Center and Rasmussen) have her up by 17% and 8%.

Neither Shaheen nor Sununu have started campaigning yet. At worst, this race is a toss-up but I think she will win.

I think she has a very clear edge.  Personally, I'm undecided at this point.

NH is going to be a hard one to predict with any major confidence IMO.  I definitely think Shaheen is favored but there are some X-factors that I am not sure about.  One of those is McCain, who is practically a favored son up there.  His strength in the GE will likely determine the outcome of the Senate race (and possibly Shea-Porter's re-election bid as well).  However, McCain has not exactly been shy of his support for the war and that may not be the bet position to have in NH judging by the 2006 results.  The importance of the war is the other X-factor I am unsure of.  If NH is willing to overlook McCain's support of the war then they'll certainly be willing to do the same for Sununu.  If they aren't then Sununu will likely go down hard.

I tend to believe the ACU ratings moreso than those silly rankings from the National Journal or whatever. The thing about Sununu is that he really isn't a moderate. I used to think he is but he's a lot like McCain - a conservative maverick.

Different source, different methodology (including votes which were not taken) as well as it being based off one year.  Fact of the matter is you don't get a Lifetime rating of 93 from the ACU based off 10 years of service if your a moderate.  Sununu is a conservative Republican.
