If Jack Conway had won the Ky. gubernatorial election in 2015, and had won reelection in 2019, and the Democrats had a two-term presidency by 2023, would Conway be a 2024 contender?

Irrelevant- no party is winning 5 straight elections.  4 is very rare as well.

Trump is a weak nominee, and Clinton is leading him by four and will win in 2016. She will win reelection in 2020, the GOP bench will be depleted by 2020 because they were set to win in 2016.

Marco Rubio if he doesn't win 2016, may be the nxt gov of FL. Set up a scenario which Rubio and Castro race in 2024, Castro will be the VP nominee of Clinton's.
