Yes. Although I am opposed to you receiving any attention because you're a troll.

-No, I'm not. Look at my entire posting history.

I know the posters here who are advocating for the murder of Trump supporters or Republicans in general are mostly just #edgy spoiled kids, but make no mistake: There's enough trash out there that wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger. These people are fine with torture and murder, as long as it's the "right guys" who get treated like this.
How is this an absurd post? It is objectively true.

I found the assertion that there's a sizable number of people who oppose Trump that would be willing to kill his supporters, and that they are fine with torture and murder, to be rather tasteless.

-It might be tasteless. It's also true.

Oh please. Atheists have the world's biggest chip on their shoulder. They face basically zero challenges in this secular country outside the deepest south and when they try to pry their way into religious organizations. Atheists tend to be "better educated" and wealthier on average yet try to pretend they're disadvantaged and oppressed. Give me a break.

-That description applies much better to Jews than atheists, though it does not apply well at all to either of them.

-That's not absurd or ignorant.

You can't be religious without being a hypocrite...though Evangelicals are the worst

Fits all three adjectives quite nicely, really.  A shame, as I thought this guy came off smarter than that.

-He's right.

If he's a troll, he's an absurdist genius and therefore still fits in this thread.

-ER is not a troll; otherwise he would have supported deporting immigrants on welfare (which is an obvious EO for Trump to sign, and which I support strongly). He has views and beliefs of his own.

ExtremeRepublican isn't a troll, he's just an incredibly (read: almost unbelievably) stupid person. As much as I'd like to believe that no real human would be deranged enough to sincerely believe that a left-leaning Supreme Court would legalize "transgender polygamous marriages" as the bigoted degenerate has speculated (and yes, that's literally what he said), it's pretty clear that people as overtly cruel and deluded as ER do in fact exist in our world.

-I sincerely believe that a left-leaning Supreme Court would

*Mandate affirmative action on all 50 states

*Legalize transgender polygamous marriages

*Mandate amnesty for all illegal immigrants

*Strike down all immigration restrictions (only when they benefit the Democratic Party)

A toss-up: declare Islam has all the protections of a religion, but none of the characteristics of religion requiring it to stay out of government.

My brain has been traumatized too much by Sotomayor and Ginsburg's opinions for me to seriously think otherwise.

Don't forget that ER apparently wants the Democratic Party classified as a terrorist organization for its stance on abortion rights.  I've never known a single person who thinks that way.

His username is kind of a giveaway, too.

What is a transgender marriage? legitimately confused.

-It's like SSM, but both the people are trans.

Cool idea. Let's legalize it if it isn't already.

-It's probably legal, but I'd prefer to repeal Obergeffell.

I think one of the main problems with DeVos is that she was completely uniformed on the issue of public education. I mean, yes, her support for charter schools was going to be a problem for Democrats, but those confirmation hearings were an embarrassment for the Trump administration. There must be a better choice for Secretary of Education.

-I agree.

The (quite obvious) point was that his post was pretty clearly in the realm of unacceptable. Your claim that my post says that "saying any bad thing about any group of people ought to be prohibited " also  misses the point. Transsexuality isn't a political ideology.

Your posting history indicates that you believe that people should not be allowed to criticize groups with which you strongly identify, especially atheists and transsexuals.

Yes, this is a strong accusation. To anyone reading this thread who is not familiar with Scarlet's posting history, I encourage you to take a look. I think you will find that I am not exaggerating.

Given that history, unless you can articulate a clear standard separating the hateful from the merely critical, no one should take your judgments about what is acceptable and what is unacceptable particularly seriously.

-That post is very true, though.

Come on, Cashew, do you really wish every Republican was as honest as I or not? Conservatism is an ideology of the strong.

Come on, Cashew, do you really wish every Republican was as honest as I or not? Conservatism is an ideology of the strong.

What gives you the authority to define what conservatism is? I could just as well go farther and define a true conservative as a supporter of monarchism. In the United States I would agree, social Darwinism is the dominant strain on the right, no matter how much they deny it, but most true right wingers worldwide are are their core collectivist, not classically liberal individualists.

-Monarchism is also an ideology of the strong (the princes in particular).

I wish every Republican was as honest as you so the whole sorry collection of Spenglerians and gangsters would be at least marginally easier to pummel into the electoral oblivion it deserves. The Democrats can go next.

-The reason the party does not sink into the electoral oblivion is its politicians are either frequent practitioners of the art of compromise, or, as in the cases of Paul, Cruz, Flake, and Lee, just not powerful enough.

Peak Wulfric.

The laughable state that YECers get themselves into with their whole "The earth is only 6,000 years old" shtick and the "God made some things look old, or rapidly changed rates of change, to deceive humanity and reveal who REALLY believes" line, and the whole "The flood split up panagea, and created 90% of the entire grand canyon, and created the appearance of magnetic changes, and made all our date methods be off by BILLIONS of years, and...." (the flood was global, but was tranquil in effect, or at least tranquil when compared to YEC assumptions of what it is/was capable of) thing is not science and should be called out for what it is: Utter stupidity. That being said, so is the Darwinist idea that humans are here solely through natural selection and luck. It is very clear that while Microevolution is a natural process, Macroevolution happens only through the direct command of god. Ultimately, the truth is that both Darwin and the YECers are wrong regarding the origins and early history of the earth, and the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

The intersection of science and religion is inevitable due to the bible directly contradicting the idea that the creation of the world, from beginning to end, happened fully through natural processes. NOMA is a joke that, when revealed for what it truly is, is shown to be nothing more than a phrase teachers use to make religious parents less mad when they accuse the teacher of teaching atheism to their child through instruction in the theory of evolution.

-Only the second paragraph is correct.
