Assuming

Bush and Cheney have all their exp. before being elected in 2000
Clinton and Gore have all their exp. before being elected in 1992

what does a map look like in a 2008 race?

Er, I'm not sure I understand what it means to have all one's "exp." before being elected.

Bush is basically Governor Bush from 2000. He was never President. Same goes for Clinton its 1992 Clinton who is running not post '92 Clinton. Does that make any sense? lol
