Didn't thought I could vote on that.

I suppose repealing the Taiwan thing, but I'm not so sure about the Protection Act. I'm afraid it could hurt the few of the clothing industry left here and would endanger the workers jobs.

I would abstain, but that will apparently delay things, so, I'll abstain from abstaining.

Yes you can vote, but I woull need to know who is succeeding who if either CLarence or Matt had voted. Since neither voted here, yes go right ahead and vote. If they had voted, it owuld have changed their vote and thus I would need to know who was succeeding who in that case to know whose was switched by the successor and whose wasn't.

From my understanding, I replace Clarence. He was elected before Matt (in a previous special election). I was elected before Kal (I was elected on 3th count (in 2nd position), he was elected without a quota in 5th round (in 5th position).

I thought it was based on Bgwah's Proportional Represenation Amendment that based it primarily on ideology and then on other factors.

Yikes. That legislation is terrible. I'll be back in a while, then.
