This is a further way to ensure labor union supremacy and deny management their rights to operate as they see fit within basic labor and consumer protections.

Nay.there are responsibilities that management alone should have in the workplace and this act would undermine those abilities.

But why JCL? This is a pilot system. This is quite anti-libertarian not to let the companies to have the choice to choose their own system.

The government shouldn't be getting involved on this one. Plus this also may conflict with policies within Taft-Hartley and Griffth-Landrum.

Taft Hardley has been repealed.
Furthermore, where is the meddling with this bill? Companies are free to join this pilot program or not.

Taft-Hartley was a just law and must be restored.

You want to put it up and have it smacked down again? Go right ahead.

Explain why it was repealed in the first place. You have to admit most honorable Polnut, Labor Unions and government have colluded to the point that management is not allowed a voice.

That is blatantly false. Please sort out conservative straw-men from fact-based reality.

Why was Taft-Hartley repealed in Atlasia? I know the unions and the Labor domininated government (for most of Atlasians history) colluded to take away the typical powers CEOs and management level folks have in RL.
