It does seem suspicious that Autumn Leaf, Gekkonidae, and Twistory were all created in the same time frame and have around the same number of posts. They're also of all different avatar colors and states, almost as if someone was trying to avoid suspicion.

Hello - please note I am posting this as a moderator, not an Atlasian citizen or whatever.

Strictly speaking, JoMCaR correct in implying that none of those three accounts share any IP with him or each other. None of the four accounts have ever posted from the same internet connection. It remains to be known, however, how JoMCaR could be so confident about the forum access patterns of three different people that aren't him. Since all four accounts post exclusively from the same Lima neighborhood, one might argue that it is actually more suspicious that none of these four people have ever posted from the same building or used the same wi-fi, even though they are clearly collaborating closely in Atlasia and presumably joined the forum at JoMCaR's behest.

Regardless, forum moderation has taken note of this issue and is currently deliberating on the matter.

I admit, I thought something was very fishy about 'Twistory123,' et. al. Of course we know what JAMcar did last summer with his sock-making, so it just kind of seemed that something was up. It's a shame some types have to play that way, and spend this much time pushing chicanery off on everyone, but the gig's up and evidently justice was served.

I was very suspicious of "AutumnLeaf", who had a Japanese flag, used English, had a Green avatar and joined the Federalists. Admittedly, I tried to convert him because I thought "maybe he is Japanese and doesn't understand these parties", but I never got a response. Makes sense.

And wait, JoMCaR is innocent? What does this mean then? If he is innocent, then it is likely that none of them should be banned because that would imply he has merely recruited real-life friends to the game.

Well when I was accidentally banned for the crime being an AOL user, it didn't impact anything regarding membership. Of course that was cut and try, the result of a technical misunderstanding on Nym's part when he tried to ban JewCon's IP, which was also the proxy IP used by every AOL user. I don't miss dial up.

I would think if the ban is rescinded, then his presence on the rolls should be restored as if nothing happened.

PiT actually said the same thing over on AAD. My legal counsel has informed me that we'd proceed with the results as normal once everyone's unbanned.

Anyways, rpryor has asked me to calculate the results in his absence, so consider all judicial matters forwarded to me for a week or so.
