I think it should be prohibited also during an emergency. When calling 911 while driving, you might get a second accident Tongue

What do you think of it, Devin?

It's sad to see you resign. We desperately need active councillors, and you would be such a guy.

The GM cannot hold elective office. However, if I were to resign and be re-appointed by the governor, that would technically not be "elective office"...

Ok. Will you and DemPGH pull that?

Well, so now I'll open that bill:

Councillors, you have 48 hours to vote Aye / Nay / Abstain.

AYE

Why should be allowed to phone while driving? It weakens your attention, so you're more likely to have an accident. I don't understand why you are against this bill. Just because it's more work for the police?

Okay. I would accept your deal DemPGH.

So here's the amended version:

Btw, if the Governor'd veto a bill, would there be a possibility for the council to overturn that veto?

Alright, voting is closed.

The bill passes with 3 votes in favour / 0 in opposition / 0 abstained.

Lol. Our old minister used to drive around with a cigarette in one hand and his telephone in the other, holding the steering wheel with his wrist. I don't recall him ever having an accident, though Tongue
