Generally low-to-mid-fifties is the best. Anything above seventy degrees Fahrenheit is almost unbearable in the absence of clouds and a strong breeze. Assuming I have a jacket, it doesn't get to cold until we get down to the thirties. (Again, assuming there is no wind or precipitation). I would gladly make everything ten degrees cooler here, all year round.
