I'll start:

Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio

Chris Christie and John Kasich

Ted Cruz and Donald Trump

Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum

The others are hard to match up

Does Lessig even have an ideology beyond getting rid of Citizens United?

Anyway, out of the Democrats, I'd say Clinton and O'Malley are the closest ideologically.

If everyone gets a partner (out of the six Democrats and sixteen Republicans in the race):

Sanders-Lessig
Clinton-O'Malley
Webb-Chafee

Pataki-Christie
Bush-Kasich
Trump-Walker
Rubio-Fiorina
Santorum-Carson
Huckabee-Jindal
Gilmore-Graham
Paul-Cruz

Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are not at all close. I'll say that George Pataki and Chris Christie, beyond a few choice social issues, are close.
