I challenge my fellow assembly candidates to a debate.

We can discuss rules below.

Here's what I had in mind for rules: we start December 1st, 48 hrs to respond to questions, if name is invoked 24 hrs to respond.

I'll get involved. I think we should have something like:

Opening Statements - 24 hours.
Question from Moderator - 24 hours.
Question from ClarkKent - 24 hours.
Question from Clyde1998 - 24 hours.
Question from DKrol - 24 hours.
Question from Enduro - 24 hours.
Question from RGN - 24 hours.
Closing Statements - 24 hours.

This would cover eight days - and should a candidate not be able to answer a question on a certain day, they can answer the question when they make their next contribution.
I like this idea, everyone else?

i'm not in favor of letting candidates pose their own questions Tongue

i was thinking something along these lines:

basically i think a less structured, more interactive debate would be better
Also a very good idea, I'm in favor of either one. It depends on what the other candidates want.

We might want to wait to see if there are any more candidates, before starting. Perhaps Saturday?

It won't work that way, closing statements would be on the last day of voting. I think December 3 is when we should start.

Isn't the election the 18th? (Eight days before being the 10th)
It's the 11th

I am announcing my endorsement for candidate Enduro. As speaker of the South I believe it is a necessity to support someone with the experience and good record for assembly.
Thank you.

With no one objecting to December 3rd I think it's safe to assume that the debate will take place then, I look forward to it.
