Mr. Speaker, why are you cluttering up the Assembly agenda with this joke bill?

Is it any less serious than a law allowing one to decide who their anonymously donated organs go to?

Only because you rather *stupidly* (for lack of better word choice) changed the first SOAP reforms.

The Speaker is obligated to do what, clutter up the Assembly agenda with joke bills?

Yes, he unfortunately is. Perhaps my SOAP reforms should not have been amended in such a manner but this is entirely the result of Assembly actions. I can't sign this bill.

Both Gentleman will refrain from "cluttering" this Assembly with attacks.  The sponsor was fully able to withdraw this.

As it stands:  Debate time has expired.  The Assembly will now vote on the final text.  This vote will last 24 hours, or until all members have voted.

I refuse to cast a vote for this time-wasting piece of joke legislation.

Legislation should exist that we do not have to deal with this type of time wasting joke legislation.

So much for the bill I was going to introduce requiring all Representatives to wear pink broad brimmed hats, bright yellow shirts, lime green pants, purple and orange striped socks, and neon blue sneakers to the Assembly every Monday while riding into the chamber on multi colored water buffalos.  Cheesy

Voting time has expired.  The Ayes are 0, Nays 3.  The bill fails.
