Hatman's write-in vote for President won't be counted because he did not write in a complete Pres/VP ticket.

I think you're missing ZuWo's vote for Mideast Senate. DC al Fine has 13 by my count.

If people woudn't split from regions after one bad election the ME, MW and NE would be much more interesting. The most ridiculous thing is that the left had won the abortion fight at the regional level at the referendum box, so the split made even less sense.

Just like the NE in 2010.

The oustanding voters heavily favor Lumine, but most of TNF's supporters have voted, so I think it'll be a nailbiter in the end.

Perhaps. We just need one more senator to resign so we can elect two trolls and let them have at it.

First preferences mapped, using butafly's last election tracker. Red is Labor, Blue is Federalist, Lime green is Democratic-Republican, Yellow is tied, and Gray is no vote yet.

The ties:

Massachusetts: 3 way-tie
Rhode Island: Tie between TNF and Spiral
Connecticut: Tie between TNF and Spiral
New York: 3 way-tie
New Jersey: Tie between Duke and TNF
Virginia: Tie between Duke and Spiral
Ohio: 3 way-tie
Tennessee: Tie between Duke and Spiral
Arkansas: Tie between Duke and TNF
Wisconsin: Tie between Duke and Spiral
Minnesota: Tie between Duke and TNF
Nevada: Tie between Duke and TNF

Oh I did. I just struggle to see what could be more interesting in those two regions beside nailbiter results. I suppose your idea of interesting might be three comfortable rightwing victories?

I concur, and that much is obvious by the relative strength of the Spiral campaign in the Mideast (along with it being Spiral's home region, of course)

I wonder if Matt has ended up being a drag on the ticket in the eyes of the more right-wing Federalists.

Insulting them during the convention probably didn't do much to win anyone over.

More likely that the Feds have decided to try to tea-bag President Duke after failing to do so in the primary because they consider him insufficiently conservative.  Besides, at least Matt has actually stuck with Duke.  The Feds seem to have decided to throw their own nominee under the bus for some reason.

By my count both regions have 55-45 pro-Labor demographics at full turnout, but would be 50-50. In order to be nailbitters, some Laborites have to not vote, whilst all non-Laborites have to at least in the Midwest that is. As for the NE it is not quite to that extent, but the same is at play as well.

I count 12 and 17 max, which actually is not 45% but 40% of registered voters in both cases.

What would be more interesting is nail bitter sthat have staying power and those shifts after Spiral's victory would account for that as well as providing a base for a challenge to DC that would be 40% or higher.
