This forum is a special place for me where I can nerd out in peace without fear of appearing weird. I can also speak freely about political things which I can't really do all the time in real life because most people don't like talking politics, and people who do talk politics usually prefer it to be a circlejerk where everyone agrees; my views are radical and often a bit contrarian, and I love debate which I can't really do with most people.

In person I'm a typical young adult who is sociable and known to be fairly intelligent but I actively avoid being a smartass, and I avoid contradicting someone who says something I know to be wrong unless there's a greater purpose in doing so.
