Reluctantly Cuomo. I'm not a fan of his policies, but it isn't worth risking a Trump victory to cast a protest vote for Hawkins.

Hawkins is one of the best modern politicians in the country, so him, but I would definitely consider Trump if the election was close enough for him to oust Cuomo.
