Which general election match-up other than (Hillary Clinton vs. Jeb Bush) would produce a very low turnout in this country?

Paul (mainstream Republican reservations but also a candidate Democrats wouldn't be terrified of enough to passionately fight against, a la Cruz or Santorum)
vs.
O'Malley (No Clinton machine to turn out Democrats, but he's also not Clinton or Sanders, which would turn out hateful/fearful Republicans in droves)

This question is basically who are the most boring candidates besides Hillary and Bush.

Probably O'Malley and Walker.

Webb vs Pataki would be depressingly dull.

Both are completely unacceptable to a large portion of the base.
