Mendocino and Humboldt are no-brainers. But neither McKinney (GA) nor her running mate Clemente (NY) did well in their home states. The LA/AR parishes/counties don't even have substantial Black populations.

This is absolutely true in AR, and now in IL as well. But Louisiana has not had a Green candidate for Governor or Senate in at least a decade.
