Sabato on California 1964. I knew about residency and open housing but not debates or the seating challenge. Sabato doesn't cover the primary, but the GE more than compensates. Downright Coakleyish to lose in a Dem tsunami.

I find it fascinating that Salinger won counties like Lassen and Placer but lost both Los Angeles and Imperial by more than his statewide margin.
