No, they don't give the titles to the seconds of all the races. These races just stay without winner. At least that's what I heard last.

Can't say I really object to this. Armstrong cheated and was always a bit of a cock about it. Also good to see Johan Bruyneel's career is effectively over.
But literally everyone else cheated to the same extent (and the ethics guys for the Tour de France admit it), so it's a level playing field again.
Nah, even in the 90s, where doping was at its maximum, there were
some clean riders in the Tour (ie riders that noone has ever suspcted of doping), and in the Armstrong-era where was quite a large number of them, so that's not a valid argument.
Its true that you probably couldn't find clean riders in the top 10 in 1999-2005, but that doesn't change the fact, that several other riders would have been competitive if those guys hadn't cheated.
Basically doping changes the entire sporting hierarchy. There are always riders whose career would have been (much) better if the others hadnt cheated.
