No.

Just more random isolated incidents with individuals.

Trump has the perfect cover. He said he wasn't going to say anything about his plans for ISIS apart from torturing them.

He has a lot of experienced military advisers who should hold him in good stead.

The only problem he will have is how he reacts to an attack.

There is no foreign capital to bomb if the USA is targetted.
