Not to be crude, but it would largely depend on whether Maduro or Capriles gives better fellatio.

That's really not fair or accurate. It's quite clear that President-elect Pussygrabber's standards are much lower than that, but not quite that simple. (Never mind his claims of expertise in rating prostitutes. Like most of what he says, they're probably bullsh**t.)


What Trump does is the product of the relationship between a couple of basics:

How much does he like the idea?

How much did he like the person who told him about the idea?

How recently was it repeated in his hearing? (Repeating it himself counts.)

How much money / ego inflation can he get from it?

How much work is it to actually start and follow through?



Those appear to let you model his behavior pretty accurately. Considerations like legality, right and wrong, morality, humanity, responsibility, etc don't seem to enter into the mechanism.
