Adam, keep in mind that votes are simply awarded to the candidate highest on a voter's ballot who has indicated they will accept votes.

So, for example, Butafly's first preference for Alfred will be counted as a vote for me in the first round since Alfred has not indicated he will accept votes for Governor at this time.
